Plattebosch Kloof is a new development, and the developer is VAT registered. This means that no transfer duty is payable, resulting in direct savings for the buyer. VAT is already included in the purchase price.
A R15,000 deposit is payable within 48 hours of signing the sale agreement. The remainder of the purchase price (minus the R15,000) is then due within 30 days of signature.
